About Us

Harry specialises in bespoke strategic portfolio analysis for Corporates and Family Offices/ PE houses, looking to maximise returns whilst safeguarding value.
Harry has a passion for property development. He has been successfully sourcing and delivering ‘best in class’ developments for over ten years and has built up an extensive network of contacts in France, Germany and the UK.
During his ten years within the real estate industry, Harry has worked the full property transaction cycle (both commercial and residential) in the largest European markets. These include numerous acquisitions (many off-market), development projects, co-ordinating sales, lettings, and arranging debt (bridging, development and investment).
Prior to launching his real estate career, Harry graduated from the University of Durham with a Modern Languages degree (French and German). On graduating, he trained with King Sturge/JLL, working in their main European offices (London/Paris/Frankfurt) whilst simultaneously completing his Real Estate Post Grad studies and qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).
Harry lives with his wife and young daughter in North Oxfordshire and enjoys rugby and travelling the world.
